Eligibility for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

How to Make a Return:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
f you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
